Step 1
Initial Consultation
Our team will organise a time to sit down with you to get to know your goals and better understand your dream vision for your luxurious home build. In this initial stage we will:
- Meet with you in-person to ask you a number of in-depth questions about your site and the limitless possibilities for your project. The more detail you can provide, the better we can personalise our service to your bespoke needs.
- Consider the specific needs of your land and observe existing site conditions including characteristics, possible layouts, area requirements and suggestions.
- Discuss the option of using our DESIGN | MANAGE | CONSTRUCT service in the instance where you haven’t purchased a site yet or have a site but no concept plans.
Step 2
Concept plans and Estimate
Next, you’ll hand over any concept plans and working drawings for our team to review so we can provide an accurate estimate. Through our collaborative approach and procedures, we’re fully equipped to work with a variety of options during this period to ensure that your final design aligns with your budget.
Step 3
Preliminary and detailed building proposal
After we’ve settled on a design that meets your unique needs, we’ll move forward with a preliminary agreement. This document will allow us to conduct site surveys, planning report, soil testing, and engage our design team to draw up a concept design.
Our team will also work together with you to reflect your tailored vision in each aspect of your build down to the very last detail — from front door selections to tapware and appliances. We’re committed to meeting your personal style and preferences, incorporating luxurious fixtures and finishes that seamlessly integrate your custom home vision.
We’re passionate about delivering a client-centric service rooted in transparency and honesty. Once we’ve finalised our list of trades and suppliers, our team will compile a fully itemised building proposal that will outline your exact specifications to ensure you’re completely satisfied before we continue on.
Step 4
Contract
After we’ve partnered together to create a building proposal that works for you, we’ll draw up a Industry Standard HIA contract to be signed by all parties. This document will be written without any confusing construction terms or legal jargon, and you’ll have plenty of time to review and present any concerns or question that you may have.
Upon signing, we’ll apply for a building permit and coordinate the remaining approvals and documentation necessary for construction to commence.
Step 5
Construction
We’ll manage a clear timeline from the start of construction up until the moment we handover the house keys. Our experienced team will work with you to keep you involved every step of the way, providing regular progress updates, clear communication and on-site walk throughs so you can watch your new home as it’s brought to life with our cutting-edge approach and innovative solutions.
Step 6
Handover
We’re committed to delivering an exceptional home that exceeds your expectations. Once construction is complete, we’ll organise a final walkthrough to ensure every corner in your home reflects the vision of your dream build. You’ll also receive a personalised homeowner’s manual that will contain all instruction books and advice to upkeep the quality and value of your brand new home.
Lastly, the exceptional quality of our work is informed by our accountability and innovative solutions. Once you’re ready to move in, we’ll schedule in a maintenance visit (90 days) after the completion date to amend any areas that may need attention.
