A collaboration with the expert team at Reece Keil, this Burleigh Waters home is a haven of natural light, spacious entertaining areas and modern design. Designed for a growing family, the single-storey build is centred around an atrium-like outdoor space, which allows a sense of connection with the outside world – an important consideration in a coastal build.
On one side of this courtyard is the open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, which features striking vaulted ceilings that allow an abundance of natural light to flow through. The home’s four bedrooms and three bathrooms are connected to this area via a light-filled hallway, which opens onto a secondary living space.
The true highlight of this Burleigh Waters build is the luxurious outdoor living area, which leads off the kitchen. An entertainer’s dream, this space features an outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and bar, a large pool that overlooks the lake and multiple sitting areas.
